Greek prisons: Panos Michalakoglou declared prison food abstention in support of the CCF members’ hunger strike

According to latest updates via the Radiozones of Subversive Expression (radio98fm.org), as of March 4th 2015 anarchist prisoner of war Panagiotis Michalakoglou, currently held in the prison of Nigrita in Serres, begins a continued abstention from prison food in a minimum display of solidarity with the ten imprisoned members of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, who are on hunger strike since 2/3 in Koridallos prisons.

Yesterday, 3/3, both the mother of the Tsakalos brothers and the wife of Gerasimos Tsakalos were sent in pretrial detention. The CCF members are determined to continue their hunger strike until death or until their two family members are released from prison. They also expressed their support with the ongoing hunger strike of prisoners in struggle against the 2001 and 2004 antiterrorism laws, the “hoodie law”, the type C prisons, and for the release of Savvas Xiros on health grounds.
