On January 15th, 2014, in yet another hearing at the Thessaloniki courts, judges examined the motion of Babis Tsilianidis for interruption of serving sentence until his appeal trial in the case of robbery at the AHEPA hospital’s accounting department. His motion was dismissed. The comrade is incarcerated in the 4th wing of Koridallos men’s prison in Athens.
