Athens: Two Kurds prisoners kidnapped and beaten by cops during transfer

On November 14th the prison inmates Giorgos Unan and Elias Rivon appeared before the Court of Appeals due to judicial backlogs. There, after a verbal dispute with some cops-murderers, both were locked up inside a room and beaten savagely.

But this wasn’t enough… After they had their hands tied behind their backs, the inmates were literally kidnapped in an XSara car to the police transfer centre, where cops continued the savage beating against the chained prisoners.

Then, as required, they were transferred to Koridallos prisons. The one was hospitalized with broken ribs while the other one was in terrible physical condition. Even the prison staff submitted a complaint report against those cops in regard to the plight of the Kurds prisoners.
